Replacement & Refund Policy
At Baffinco Organic, we are committed to delivering the freshest leaves and healthiest plants to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh leaves or fresh plants.

Quality Guarantee:
- All fresh leaves and plants are carefully harvested and packed to maintain freshness and health.
- Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and follow the provided care instructions.

Storage & Care:
- Fresh leaves: Refrigerate immediately upon arrival to preserve quality.
- Fresh plants: Place in appropriate conditions (light, temperature, and watering) as instructed.

Refunds & Replacements (No Returns Required):
- If fresh leaves or plants arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described, we offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the fresh and perishable nature of these products.
- Please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Photos of the affected items may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Limitations:
- Items that are improperly stored, mishandled, or used beyond the recommended care instructions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds and replacements apply only to products purchased directly from Baffinco Organic.

- Replacement shipments will be sent as soon as possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
